Rain Gutter FAQ
These are some the questions we get asked while installing rain gutters.
Rain gutters are an essential component to the well-being of your home. They divert water (your home’s #1 enemy) away from the foundation and exterior, thus, preventing erosion, leaks and water damage.
*Rain gutters protect your largest investment, your home!
*They also prevent mud splatters, stained stucco, peeling paint, mildew, and landscaping erosion.
*Rain gutters provide an aesthetically pleasing design element to your home.
The cost depends on many variables: your home size and height, accessibility of your home, material you choose (aluminum or copper), and current material prices.
A typical ranch home (1400 sq feet) could be finished in a day, while more custom jobs take up to 3-4 days.
Clearing gutters of twigs, debris and leaves is critical to them being efficient. We recommend cleaning out your gutters once a year. We also offer this service, if you’d prefer!
After your free estimate, our installer will set up a date of service with you. Then, prepare to be amazed as our team will roll a coil of metal through one of our many gutter machines to tailor-make your rain gutter to the exact specifications of your home. Gutters are then hung using fasteners that are attached to your facia board.
This investment in your home should last decades! Aluminum gutters have been known to last about 20-30 years, while copper have a reputation for lasting a lifetime!
